1 Send us a deletion request
Email us from the address registered to your account:

- Full account deletion — your account and all associated data (see below)
- Specific data only — keep your account, but delete selected data: for example your skin profile, your before & after photos, or your consultation history
Sending from your registered email address is how we verify the request is really yours. If you no longer have access to that address, mention it in your email and we will verify your identity another way.
2 What full account deletion removes
- Your account and sign-in credentials
- Your profile details (name, email address, phone number)
- Your skin profile and consultation history
- Devices registered to your account
- If you are a clinic client: records your clinic created about you will be deleted or anonymized in accordance with your consent settings
Some records are kept where the law requires it — for example invoices and order records under Israeli tax law — and only for the legally mandated period. Fully anonymized technical statistics that cannot identify you may also be retained.
You can also delete some data yourself in the app: remove registered devices in My Devices, delete individual before & after comparisons, or withdraw consent at your clinic — which removes your before & after records.
3 Confirmation within 30 days
We verify each request and complete deletion within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email when it is done.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
