Synoia

Privacy Policy

How the MySynoia and MySynoia Pro apps handle your information.
Effective date: 30 August 2026

Who we are

The MySynoia apps are operated by Synoia Technologies, the maker of the WISHPro and WISHtoGo skincare devices. This policy covers the MySynoia and MySynoia Pro mobile apps and the clinic web app at clinic.synoiatech.com (together, "the apps").

What we collect

Voice input for the assistant is transcribed and then discarded — voice recordings are not retained. Payment card details are entered directly with our payment providers and never reach our servers.

How we use it

We do not sell your data, do not share it with third parties for their marketing, do not use it to track you across other companies' apps or websites, and show no advertising in the apps.

Where it lives and who processes it

These providers process data on our behalf and under their own security commitments; none of them may use your data for their own marketing.

Clinic clients

When a clinic uses MySynoia Pro to manage its clients, the clinic is responsible for the client information it enters. Skin profiles and photos of clinic clients are gated behind the client's recorded consent, which the client can withdraw at any time — withdrawing consent also removes stored before/after records.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account, or of specific data, at any time:

You can also ask us to access or correct your data using the contact below. We answer within 30 days.

Children

The apps are professional and consumer skincare tools and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
